| Thank you doesn't say enough for the gratitude and understanding that David did for us. While working on a budget, he provided numerous listings all within our budget keeping our best interest in mind. Some of the properties that we liked, he found issues with improvement fees that were added on and had an uncertain length of time. In the end we found a house in wine country in our budget that we can retire in with the same standard of living that we have become accustom too in our current custom house. He provided us with professional service above and beyond other Realtors we have had with buying our last three houses.
