A graduate of Central Michigan University (CMU) in Mt. Pleasant, David C. Witt holds a master of science with a focus in health care administration. While attending CMU, he served as a member of the Rotary Club and a regional lab manager with the offices of Kaiser Permanente in Kansas City, Missouri. Ultimately deciding to focus his professional efforts on real estate, David C. Witt secured a GRI designation through the Graduate REALTOR Institute and both a CRS (certified residential specialist) designation and an SFR (short sales and foreclosure resource) designation through the National Association of REALTORS.

David C. Witt subsequently built a career of more than three decades as a top-producing Missouri realtor and a broker/sales agent with Realty Professionals Heartland in Blue Springs, Missouri. Since joining Realty Professionals Heartland in 2008, Mr. Witt has facilitated a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, especially apartment building deals, as well as the sale and purchase of private residential properties.
