Though not native to Texas, I am happy to call San Antonio home.  I love everything about this city and I enjoy showing other people why San Antonio is so great and getting better every day.  I served proudly in Air Defence Artillery in the U.S. Army, most of that time spent in Germany.  I worked for over a decade as an Aerospace Machinist in Seattle, and I have been working in Real Estate here in South Central Texas for almost 6 years.  

I love being a REALTOR.  There's no other job that allows me to meet so many new people every day and act as an ambassador for San Antonio.  I take my job very seriously, too.  As a Real Estate Professional, it is my job to act as agent and advocate for my clients.  I have a duty to put the interests of my clients above my own.  This is a responsibility I do not take lightly.

In order to best serve my clients, I have to stay on top of an ever-changing industry.  The real estate market, like all others, never stops changing.  It is constantly being impacted by federal, state and city laws and legislature, as well as changes in interest rates and lending rules.  This requires us as agents to continue our education, both through state mandated training and optional classes and designations.

Equally important, as a REALTOR, it is my job to educate my clients and customers in the intricacies of the real estate market.  Issues such as disclosure, market conditions, nondiscriminatory practices and so much more, all come into play in every transaction we help  coordinate.  Market conditions change from one city to another and real estate markets are a VERY localized commodity.  National news reports can lead people to believe what is happening in one city is what is happening in cities nationwide and nothing could be further from the truth.

   I pride myself in constantly educating myself. I have excelled in every course I have taken, in real estate and collegiate arenas.  I have earned the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO designation, which recognizes me as a leader in the practice of online real estate and technology.  I have earned my Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR) designation, which establishes me as a professional advocate for Buyers and Tenants.  I have also recently been certified as a New Home Specialist, improving my knowledge on helping clients in buying a new home.  I am also a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES), another NAR accredation which demostrates I have learned the necessary knowledge and expertise to advise senior clients on the major financial and lifestyles transitions they face, and I have recently taken the required courses and applied for the Accredited Real Estate Professional  designation.  By September of this year I will be taking the exam to get my Broker's licence to become an Associate Broker.
