| Soon after our engagement, we quickly decided buying a home was the only option for our future. We went through several realtors until we found David. He listened to our wants and needs, and brought us to homes that were exactly what we wanted, in the price range we needed. The home we fell in love with in Wellington was a short sale. David did a great job answering all our first time home buyer questions, and all our short sale questions and concerns. He supported us through the long, drawn out process of purchasing a short sale with his professionalism, and his ability to relate to us as people. We are a young couple, and David treated us as adults, not as kids. He took us seriously, and did a great job getting us into our new home, even though the short sale stretched for months.
