| Investment Purchase Tampa, Florida When we decided to buy an investment property in the greater Tampa area. Living in California, we needed a Realtor that was a local expert, since we had no knowledge of the towns and neighborhoods. Dawn was referred to us and we couldn't be more pleased. For some weeks we were relying on emails and phone calls, which I must say, she was always available, despite the time difference. We then flew in to Tampa and had just two weeks to attempt finding and closing the deal on our property. Dawn made it happen. She drove us to many properties that fit what we were looking for and we were able to close the deal in that super short time frame.
