I pride myself on staying abreast of the latest real estate practices and technologies to better serve my clients. I have obtained a Realtor Designation, SRES, to better assist senior clients. I am one of a few Realtors in the area with a CIPS Designation, Certified International Property Specialist, to assist a diverse background of clients locally and abroad. I am a Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource expert, SFR. Another certification, helpful to sellers is TRC, Trans Referral Certified. I am currently a designee for the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer Representation.
I am one of a few Realtors that is a member of the Institute for Luxuy Home Marketing. The marketing possibilities for the clients with luxury homes is endless in this network.
I tell you want you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I am there for you in an advisory or counseling role.
