I am a full-time Realtor who has been assisting Buyer and Sellers with all their Real Estate needs for just over 12 years. I truly have a passion for real estate.
Real Estate is a complex and emotional process for both the buyer and seller. With my background in education, I help guide my clients through the home buying or selling process, essentially teaching /educating them about each step along the way.
My clients appreciate my positive attitude, persistence, integrity, and willingness to go the extra mile on their behalf. With my ability to listen and understand their needs, my knowledge of the market, and with my negotiating skills I can help my clients achieve their goals.

| I was looking for a home on a tight budget, and with grants to boot! The process was a long one. I had two realtors that were not willing to give me the time I needed to find my perfect home, probably because they weren't going to make a large commission. Then I found Dawn. She is awesome! She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The homes she researched and showed me were move-in ready, within my budget, and she got me in to see them right away. I could tell she really listened when I explained what I needed in a home. The realtors I was with before were showing me homes that needed to be gutted, but were in my price range. Dawn understood what I wanted and what I needed & helped me find my dream home. She was patient and took me to see the house I fell in love with 3 times! We had a unique seller, that almost backed out of the deal. Dawn helped to keep the deal on the table, and got the job done. She was very knowledgeable, providing me with several resources along the way. She even took the time to introduce me to the neighbors, in what was soon to be my own neighborhood. She also saw one of the neighborhood dogs escaped from his yard and helped get him back home safely. She has a big heart & genuinely enjoys seeing people find their forever home. She also had faith in me when I told her I would get something done, when others questioned if I could do it. She fought just as hard as I did to make my dream come true. I was in a car accident while we were trying to go to contract. Dawn drove me to my new home to meet the inspector. She is amazing! I can not recommend her highly enough. As a first time home buyer, I know I required a lot of patience and education; she was there. There were many nights we stayed on the phone for hours trouble shooting and planning how we would overcome each hurdle. I now own a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 38' by 16' in ground pool, a PVC fenced in yard for my dogs, central air, in a beautiful neighborhood with the cutest little farm up the block...all for $310,000. Like I said...She is amazing! I couldn't have done it without her & I can't thank her enough. I would use Dawn for any of my future needs. She is one of the hardest workers I know, and she is HONEST! I can't RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY enough. She even took the time to give me some much needed rookie homeowner advice weeks after the closing. A great choice you will never regret & be thankful you made. First time in a long time I received 5 star customer service. KNOWLEDGEABLE, HARD WORKING, HONEST, & GETS THE JOB DONE! You can't go wrong with Dawn. :0) |

| I had worked with several other agents to sell my house which had lost a lot of value when the real estate bubble burst. Other agents failed miserably but Dawn never gave up, helped us every step along the way, and ultimately sold our house for us. Dawn was great, knows her stuff, and is a pleasure to work with. |

| $423K, House Buyer (Closed) 120 Orienta Ave, Lake Grove, NY 11755 It took us a while to find the right home and Dawn has been extremely patient with us the entire way. She kept our hopes up that we would find the house that's fight for us and eventually we sure did!! She has been such a pleasure to work with, always had an answer for any types of questions we had (which were a lot since we were first time home buyers), never rushed the appointments and would even go back to a house we already saw if we needed a second look around. I would absolutely deal with her again and would recommend her to any friends or family looking to buy a home. |
