Dawn has been licensed since 1999, and joined with RE/MAX in 2001, where she earned Presidents Club and 100% Club, which are notable awards with RE/MAX. Dawn was also honored to receive the Rookie Realtor of the Year in 2002 by the Cecil County Board of Realtors.  Dawn holds an Associate Broker License in the state of Maryland and a Salesperson License in Delaware.  She is married to Kris Wolf, a local custom home builder, they have four children and presently reside in Smyrna, De.  She enjoys being with her family, traveling, music, golf and tennis.  Dawn's passion is to help customers with one of the most important decisions of their lives.  Whether it's purchasing an existing home or building a new home, she is there every step of the way.  She believes integrity and commitment are key values in building real estate relationships with customers.
