After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in accounting in hand I passed the CPA exam and took off to Tulsa to pursue a career in public accounting. I spent seven years working with a multi-national accounting firm and teaching at a local junior college before moving to Texas in the early eighties to begin my background in real estate accounting and tax.
Since then I've have spent most of my career working with developers, commercial and residential builders, engineers and investors helping them to build, acquire, sell and exchange real estate using IRS §1031 exchange rules. When I decided to step away from a career in accounting and finance it seemed that building a successful real estate company was a logical transition.
I see being a REALTOR® as more of an educator. I love helping people, educating them on the process of buying or selling a home or guiding them as investors to find the right deal to meet their individual investment criteria.

| I don't even know where to begin. We spent 8 months home hunting with Doyle and there isn't a single bit of feedback I could give the guy to improve. His patience, responsiveness and professional conduct are off the charts. When we started off, we didn't know which area we would like to live in and neither did we know what size or type of home we were looking for. Doyle really put in the effort to get to know us until he knew what we were looking for better than we did ourselves. Finally, when we came to see the house we bought, he was standing out front with a smirk saying "You're not going to like this one…" Way to go, Doyle! Treat him with the respect he deserves and he'll be the best buyer's agent you can get. I assume he'll be just as amazing as a seller's agent but can't comment on that. |

| Doyle is extremely knowledgeable and patient. My situation was a bit of a pain, to say the least, and he was there with me all of the way. He handled everything and went over an beyond to help push things through with the banks. He was always calm and steady and honest. He was extremely good at communicating with me both via phone and email. In my case, I am out of state, his clear and consistent communication kept me calm and gave me confidence in his abilities. | Doyle was extremely knowledgeable, not to mention patient with our housing search. In the hot sellers market that currently exists, he spent the better part of two months showing us houses making sure that we ultimately found the one that met our needs. The process was exploratory in that in working with him, we ultimately made a much better decision. It wasn't just about the house, it was also about objective discussions of tradeoffs in terms of locations, house amenities, future real estate market conditions... but most importantly what made the most sense for our family. Once the house was picked, he has a high degree of expertise in making sure all the bases are covered, which inspections should be done, even if they are not standard for example. You know you will not get into a house and run into unexpected surprises. We enjoyed working with Doyle, our kids even started to get to know him and were excited to look at houses with him, we think that says a lot. |

| Doyle is fantastic! We were looking for a home casually for more than a year, and Doyle never pressured us to move more quickly but was always immediately responsive when we wanted a viewing. He was straightforward with his opinions on houses we viewed -- never overly rosy just to make a sale. | My new husband and I were searching for our first home and Doyle was helping us with our search. It wasn’t an easy task finding something that we both liked in the price range we were looking for, and in the area we wanted to live in. We made it clear up front that he may have his hands full as we didn’t know the first thing about buying a home. A lot of time was spent finding us several homes to choose from that we could agree on. The entire experience was as pleasant as it could be. The only problem was I ended up being laid off in the middle of the process and as it turned out we have had to continue renting for a while longer.
