He graduated from Carroll College with a B.A. in Business Management & Marketing. David is also a 12-year Lifetime National Sales and Marketing Council 5 Million Dollar Achievement Award winner for new home sales and has won the MBA Salesperson of the Year Award. David is currently the sales and marketing manager, and in charge of construction development for Don Belman Homes, Inc. in Waukesha. David has over 15 years experience in single-family construction, land development, condominiums, and Real Estate. He is Vice President of Belman Homes, and Belman Builders. He is currently active on the Sales and Marketing Council and the Vice Chair of the Green Building Council and a member of the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Builders Association.
