I am a mortgage broker the Jacksonville, FL area. I have 7 years of mortgage and banking experience. I spent 5 years in the bank branch to gain a hands on experience with the whole aspect of a clients financial portfolio. I have also spent 2 years behind the scene working the post-closing and processing of mortgages. I have a clear understanding of what it takes to make a mortgage as well as the requirements of the lenders and secondary market.Realtors and clients who are happy with the mortgage loan we helped them get are more important to me than anything else. I know my lenders requirements and will try to obtain the best program for the client. I look at the bigger picture. i do not want to make a mortgage that will not benefit our client in 1-2 years. I do not want the clients to be in a place where because of my bad judgement, they may now lose there home. The final decision is of course theirs, however, they will fully understand the program they are opting for- the good and bad of it all.
What sets me apart from other brokers is that I am and always have been about what is best for the client. I will not disappear if problems arise. I have been hired by my clients to make sure they get exactly what they want. That is what I am here to do. I do not expect my Realtors to do MY job. I want to make the closing as smooth as possible. I would hate to find out, i put someone in a product, they couldn't handle.
