David Edwards Construction, founded in 2002, is owned and operated by David B. Edwards.  He comes from a long family tradition of building and designing in Central Florida as well as the Midwest. He has adopted that same family vision and commitment to excellence, offering quality, value and exceptional customer service to create timeless construction for his clientele.

David has developed a strong team of award winning, respected architects and interior designers enabling him to offer a wide array of styles for both residential and commercial design.  With special attention toward detail, David Edwards Construction has assembled a network of highly professional and experienced tradesman to make your building dreams a reality, regardless of the size of the project. 

Environmentally friendly and energy efficient "green building" is quickly becoming an industry standard.  As a company founded on maintaining tradition, making efforts through preserving our environment has been a natural progression for David Edwards Construction.  They are committed to expanding sustainable building practices that result in energy-efficient and environmentally responsible construction.

David B. Edwards is a Rollins College Graduate, Winter Park, Florida, completing his B.A in 1999 and M.A. in 2001.  He became a Florida State Certified General Contractor, Lic#CGC1505116 in 2002.  David is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Metro Orlando Homebuilder Association, and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Division of Central Florida.
