| Deborah was wonderful!! We have a young baby and going out and looking at homes could be a challenge but Deborah would always be ready to go with a list of homes to walk through at a drop of a hat. She was very patient and would always have our best interest in mind. We also listed our condo for sale with Deborah and she was able to get showings immediately which led to a quick sale. | I had been looking for a home to buy for over 9 solid months. I attended an open house for a new listing and Deborah was the agent. I loved the house from the moment I walked in the front door. | I have nothing but great things to say about Deborah Boshert-Davidson. I was a first-time buyer, and she took my hand and walked me though every step of the way. She took into consideration ALL of my needs. I told her my budget and she didn't try to sell me something that was "just a few dollars more." I didn't feel like I needed to hurry up and buy something so she could get her commission. Any time I didn't understand something she explained it to me. (and there were a lot, being a first-time buyer.) I have the best house, best price, and the best location for the money that I had to spend. She even sent me a house warming gift when it was all said and done. |
