I am a Certified Mortgage Planner licensed in the State of Wisconsin providing mortgage loans for my clients through Inlanta Mortgage since 1997.  My business is based soley on referrals which allows me to devote my time in getting transactions closed quickly with no funding issues at closing.  The biggest complaint I hear in the industry is that other loan officers do not return calls and keep all parties involved informed.  This has, and always will be, where I stand out in the crowd since I make this a priority.  Not only am I able to offer just about every loan program available with extremely competitive rates, I return all calls within 24 hours and always keep my clients and realtors informed.  I can typically provide my buyers a pre-approval letter within a day and with Inlanta Mortgage being a Mortgage Banker, having our own underwriters on staff and our own funding department, underwriting and closing is typically going to happen much quicker than any of our competitors. Being the 3rd largest lender by volume for 2009 in southeastern WI, we have been able to obtain incredibly competitive rates which is a benefit for our clients.  In every transaction, my goal is to provide the best possible experience for my clients in order for them to want to refer their friends, family members, and co-workers; and that is how I have been able to run my business by referral.

Certifications

One area that I excel in and enjoy the most is working with First Time Home-buyers.  I have available most every mortgage program available and will look to find the best possible program for each client's specific situation.  I feel it is very important to meet in person with my buyer, walk them through the home buying process on the financing side, ask and answer many questions so that we are all fully informed of the short and long term goals of my clients, and finally find the best program to meet their present needs while providing the right financial strategy for their life.  When multiple loan programs may fit, I put together a mortgage analysis so the client can easily determine what program will be best for them.  My goal is to educate the buyer so they can make the right decision for themselves.  I also make sure I am available to answer questions during the entire mortgage process and attend every closing I can, I am with them all the way through to receiving the keys at closing.  Even after closing, I keep in touch with my clients and encourage them to contact me with any questions or concerns, I plan to be their mortgage consultant for life.

For Realtors, the advantage of working with me is that I return calls immediately, will keep you informed, and when I provide a pre-approval letter, I know my clients will be going to closing.  You can be assured that I will do everything possible to make sure the client's experience is great which will be a reflection on you as well if you have referred that buyer to me.  The only way I continue to excel in my business is to provide world class service to both clients and business partners.
