For the last 35 years I have been self-employed where all of my businesses have focused around real estate. For 11 years from 1977 to 1988 I owned a successful home improvement company, employing as many as 25 mechanics specializing in residential and some commercial improvements. In 1986 I developed a 22 unit condominium project on the eastern shore. In 1990 started a new career as a Mortgage Broker and in 1996 I founded my mortgage company, Chase Home Funding and grew my company from working out of my basement to employing 33 Loan Officers with 3 offices in MD and VA closing approx. 185 million per year. 

During all this time, for the last 35 years my passion for Real Estate has never died. I have been an active Real Estate Investor, purchasing, rehabbing, renting and building residential as well as commercial properties, some to resell and some to keep as rentals and add to my portfolio.

I currently buy, sell and Hold non-performing mortgage notes on both residential and commercial properties.  I work with many other experienced note investors who regularly have the opportunity to view hundreds of notes weekly where the asset can be purchased at huge discounts.
