Helping Sellers Squeeze Every Last Dollar From Their Sale
The mid peninsula real estate market is extremely active and many people have the impression that all you have to do to sell a home is place a sign in the front lawn and hold out your hand for the check. The truth is that California's litigious and consumer protection oriented culture is fraught with opportunities for a seller to be sued and while selling a property is always possible, the objective is to maximize the returns to the seller's pocket and to make sure the property stays sold. To this end, I counsel sellers on the most cost effective ways to get value and practices that will minimize the chance of litigation. Some people have just turned over the keys and let me do all the preparation, which I am happy to do.
Helping Buyers to Find Their Home and Buy It for the Best Possible Price
Finding the right home is tricky and is just the beginning. I have a proven system to help you negotiate and actually purchase your new home for the best possible price. My network of contractors will be available to you after the purchase to help you to tailor the home to your particular tastes and needs.
