Debbie is the owner of Coaching To Excellence, a company dedicated to the achievement of personal & business excellence. Debbie has coached and trained many successful real estate agents, managers and business owners during her 21 year career and has designed her company to meet the needs of all aspiring REALTORS who wish to build a successful real estate business, break through self-imposed limitations, or overcome their fears. She is currently a member of the Real Estate Educators Association, the National Speakers Association and the International Association of Coaches. She currently is the recipient of the 2007 "Distinguished SRES Service Award" which is awarded by the SRES council, a division of the National Association of REALTORS. Debbie currently holds the following designations:

Established in 2003, Coaching To Excellence provides all of the following, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and all elective courses, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification, the Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) certificate, e-PRO certification, all of the Women's Council of REALTORS PMN designation courses and the new NAR "Green" designation.
