| I have worked with many realtors across the country and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Debbie. I am only sorry I did not meet her sooner. I was about to give up on all realtors in UT prior to hearing from Debbie since many of my inquiries to several realtors went unanswered including the realtor that originally sold me the properties. Debbie responded immediately to my inquiries, answering my questions without expecting an immediate sale in return. Because she responded efficiently and professionally, she earned my business. Debbie listed my properties and received offers immediately. We.just closed a shortsale on one of my properties in Coral Canyon and another one is pending. | We relocated from Colorado, Debbie was our first and only real estate representative in Utah. Whether it was sheer luck or fate, through the computer--Debbie Heisler was our "first responder". It took a substantial amount of time (about a year), and numerous trips to Utah to check out a large number of properties--with each trip, Debbie made sure we had an abundance of properties to look at which fit our budget and home-search criteria. She made sure that no time was wasted, and was willing to introduce us to the greater St. George area as we looked at homes. When we found "the" home, Debbie guided us through the ups and downs of the short sale process. Ultimately, our offer was accepted, and we were able to settle-in and make the home 'our own'. Debbie also directed us to specific contractors who provided numerous services for us--home inspection, painters, plumbers, locksmiths, carpet/tile installers--and they all performed flawlessly and professionally, (we still use them today if we need to). Finally, even though we have been here for over two years now, we still keep in touch with Debbie, and consider her a good friend--she comes highly recommended, and should we ever decide to move again--Debbie Heisler will be our first choice as an agent. We would not consider using any one else... |

| When we were interested in buying a home from afar (Europe), we contacted many listing agents by email and phone. Debbie was by far the best in communicating with us, so we contacted her first when we flew to St. George. There was no need to deal with anyone else and while we purchased a home listed with another company, Debbie was the one that saw it through until it closed. The process was complicated due to distance (we had returned to Europe after making our offer) and further complicated because we lived abroad and loan companies just don't get that, even if you are putting down a huge down payment with excellent credit. Debbie dogged this every every step along the way and took excellent care of us. We did not know her before meeting her on this home purchase and did not search out an agent to work with - she bubbled up to the top through excellent communication, professionalism and knowledge. |
