For the convenience of my clients and customers I work weekends and evenings. Call in advance because I would want to be available. I'm an independent contractor that gets paid when I close the deal. That means I start investing in each and every individual that calls me direct. I work hard to find my buyers what they are looking for. I want to sell you what you want not what I want to sell you. For my sellers I not just list the property but will negotiate for the best terms, conditions and price that you can live with. I'll work according to the contract terms and get both parties to closing. I try to make this process as less stressful as possible. I'm faced with tough market conditions but keep the Faith that it is better everyday.
I've been working in the Panhandle of Florida for over 12 years. I work in Marianna and all the surrounding townships in Jackson County; Chipley and all the surrounding townships in Washington County; Blountstown and all the surrounding townships in Calhoun County; Bonifay and all the surrounding townships in Holmes County; I also work Fountain in North Bay County and Bristol in Liberty County. I have access to Bay County, Emeral Coast/Navarre/Crestview and Pensacola MLS information. Plus being part of the MLS Advantage gives me access to the whole State of Florida MLS participants information. I list and sell residential houses & residential homes, vacant land & vacant lots, waterfront homes & waterfront lots, farmland, large acreage, commercial buildings and commercial land. I've been trained to handle the load. I'm agent friendly and welcome referrals. I co-broke 50/50 in the state of Florida. I work well with other agents when it comes to getting access to my listings and closing a deal. I do what I have to do to sell my listings.
