A life-long area resident, Debbie received her MBA from Temple University and holds a B.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Economics.  She comes from 8+ years in a Human Resources Management role negotiating contracts and handling dispute resolutions.  She prides herself on using the latest marketing and social media tools, and stays apprised of local market conditions and new real estate procedures.  Her commitment to "green" practices and her tech savviness put her in touch with the "Echo Boomers", the next and largest generation of buyers.  As a designated GREEN real estate professional, she helps clients evaluateand market the benefits of green features in a home. 

Coupling her background in Human Resources, with her strengths in marketing, technology and negotiations, Debbie leaped into the real estate business joining Prudential Fox & Roach and quickly earning top producer.  She recently received the Honor Society Award, representing the top 18% of Prudential real estate associates company-wide.  Using advanced marketing tools, Debbie goes the extra mile to ensure her clients get the most value for their home.
