I was fortunate to find Debbie and Cas online while looking for property in NSB. They first assisted me in finding a townhome that I absolutely love! The process was very cut & dry and went extremely smooth. My father and I ended up using them again to purchase a condo just up the street that has one of the best views in all of NSB. When someone I know ask if I know a good REALTOR I almost get pushy insisting that they need to get in touch with Debbie and Cas Summers. They go above and beyond. It is hard to believe how much they give of themselves. They really want eveyone to be happy and do their very best to make that happen. It started out with just helping us find a home in NSB, but turned into that and then selling our home as well. They really make themselves very accessable.
