Get to know Debbi Ridenour

After earning a B.A degree and spending several years in the Income Tax field, I began my real estate career in the 80's in Commercial Property Management & Leasing.    As a residential sales agent, I gained  the personal experience and understanding of a real estate agent's day to day activities. My experience in the sale of Corporate and REO owned homes, led to a corporate position working directly with corporate relocation companies and banks to manage and market their properties.  My early embracing of the Internet for promoting listings led to recruitment by the largest independently owned real estate company in the nation.  I was instrumental in the launching of their eBusiness Department.   As Operations Manager, I consistently led the team in highest conversion and production. Activities included:

Monitoring consumer Internet inquiries from the brokers web site for the purpose of providing information to the consumer and potential referrals for sales associates.  Developed procedures and scripts for approaching web site browsers and developed referral procedures. Responsible for supervision and training of professional and support staff including on-going evaluations and annual Performance Reviews. Acted as liaison between Relocation, Information Services and Marketing Departments.

My experience in residential sales on both the corporate and the individual level provided me with the knowledge needed for typical resale homes, corporate relocation homes and distressed REO properties.  This experience includes:

Maintenance and marketing of inventory properties (Corporate Owned and REO) including day to day maintenance, repairs,  improvements and vendor management.  Initial evaluation and monthly reporting to corporate clients.  (BPO's, BMA's, etc.) Coordinated efforts with clients to secure sale of homes within their given guidelines.  Utilization of Internet sources for client communication and the marketing of properties.·      Assisting private home sellers with marketing and pricing of their homes.  Assisting buyers in locating home of choice and determining loan qualifications. Negotiated with buyers and sellers to obtain ratified sales contract and follow up with all parties to transaction through settlement of property. Approved for specialized relocation programs, including the US Marshall's seized properties, Fannie Mae foreclosures, pre-marketing programs and third party accounts.
