Over the past 20+ years, I have  been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate – from my humble beginnings as a housekeeper for large apartment complexes, to my current position as Realtor® and Property Manager  for McKamie Real Estate Services in Meridian, Texas.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I  have earned my Certified Apartment Manager and National Apartment Leasing Professional Designation through the Texas Apartment Association.  I spent numerous years working in the Apartment Industry and recently served as a Delegate for TAA through the Heart of Texas Apartment Association.  This knowledge has led me to being a partner/owner of a Property Management firm serving the Central Texas area to include McLennan County, Bell County, Bosque County, Brazos County.  McKamie Real Estate Services is a full service agency working with buyers, sellers, investors and handling all property management needs.

I believe in staying on top of all new developments that affect real estate sales and rental housing in and around Central Texas. 

I am an active member of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce.  I am a past member of the Bryan/College Station Charter Chapter of American Business Women's Association.

These associations combined with my sales and property management experience make me the perfect choice for home buyers, sellers or investors looking to buy, sell or lease residential, multi-family and other commercial real estate.

Not satisfied with merely selling or leasing real estate, I spent a year as a general contractor – overseeing home construction from the ground up. This experience gave me a full understanding of both the paperwork and actual construction sides of home building.  I know the hurdles homeowners and builders face both as they embark on a home construction project and as they bring it to completion.

I attribute my success to a strong accounting background, a thirst for knowledge, persistence, and most of all to a desire to provide customer service beyond compare. To me, a house is not merely a house, but a home for a family with individual needs and goals.

Whether my client is a single family home buyer or seller, an investor, or a tenant, my aim is to guide them through a transaction that is not only successful, but one that will be remembered as a pleasant experience.

When not busy with real estate related activities, I enjoy scrap-booking, sewing, and spending time with family. A favorite activity is playing with my grandchildren.
