Who is Debra Curran and why work with her?
As an accomplished, award winning real estate agent working for Royal LePage Oakville, Ontario - I am a full time professional real estate agent buying and selling homes throughout the Oakville and Misssauga area. I represent a wide range of buyers and sellers - from first time buyers to multi million dollar purchases.
I have had many first time buyer clients referred to me, often by family members who know that this important step is in good hands with an agent who is both experienced working with new buyers as well as truly enjoys helping and educating young people buyng their first home. Alternately, I also work with individuals coming to Ontario from different countries and provinces - providing them with all the important information needed to decide where they would like to call home.
On the other end of the scale - I have helped many clients buy their dream home after years of planning. Whether it's a $500,000 home or a multi million dollar mansion. The price may be different but the steps in the process and the importance of the decision doesn't change. Exploring areas, comparing homes, knowing where to look, what to offer, how to write the offer and equally important - how to negotiate the offer, dealing with multiple offers etc - all of these things play a huge role in ensuring you get your dream home!

I like to think of myself as being extremely versatile. My experience covers a huge range.
