A lifetime resident of Florida and a Citrus County resident for nearly three decades. A State Certified Residential Appraiser RD3669, holding the designations of Master Appraiser (MRA), Manufactured Home Valuation (MHV), and licensed as a Broker Associate.
Real Estate, in all forms, is my passion and customer service is my professional priority. My extensive background encompasses real estate, appraisal (a decade of appraisal experience and hundreds of hours of education), and construction. Appraisal experience includes providing appraisals to nearly all lenders in the area, hundreds of lenders all over the country, as well as attorneys, investors and insurance companies.

After a decade of appraisal experience, most areas of Citrus County is familiar territory. However, specializing in waterfront properties is a special niche as well. There are so many variables to consider along the waterfront in Citrus County, such as quality of frontage, view, depth of water for boating, gulf access, rivers, lakes, canals, ect. With so many different types of water bodies in our area, there are endless possibilities with rewarding results for every interest.
