We need to move quickly-- Deedar Got It Done in Record Time! When some close firneds learned they were being transferred out of state, it was our chance to buy their beautiful home. We had always joked with them about "kicking them out" on day. We need to move quickly because our friends needed to get going. Deedar come over, told us exactly what we needed to do to get top Dolar-- and then he DELIVERED. The entire process was JOY-- and Now we're living in our Dream Homes

Barmalea Whom so ever it concerns We originally interviewed another real estate agent who recommended that we list our home at $239,000. We decided to get a second opinion from Deedar Ghatehorde who, after viewing our home, felt it should be listed at $10,000 more. We were very impressed with Deedar’s marketing program, and obviously hoped Deedar’s Home evaluation was correct, so we listed with Deedar Ghatehorde at $249,000. I am delighted to say that, within 30 days, our home sold for $251,000 with just one offer - a full $2,000 over our asking price, and $12,000.00 more than the other real estate agent recommended. It pays to deal with the best, and we are very happy we did. We would highly recommend Deedar and his team to anyone wanting to sell their home. P.S. Even though Deedar and his team sell a lot of houses, they always gave us great personal service, and kept in touch with us on a regular basis.

He understood exactly what I wanted to see. He brought many homes to my attention. All of which fit my criteria. He walked me through each house I viewed, pointing out the good and the bad in his (expert) opinion. As for negotiations, lets just say I wouldn't want to be on the other end negotiating against him. He always had my best interest in mind and never pushed me outside my limit. He got me the house I wanted and for the price I wanted. The home inspector he recommended was very thorough. He explained everything very clearly and helped me to understand every aspect of the home inspection. Deedar also helped me with the mortgage process. Knowing that I didn't drive, Deedar hooked me up with a mobile mortgage broker. This was very convenient for me. The broker was very professional and was able to answer all my questions.And she gave me a great rate too. After the sale was complete, I had a couple of minor issues with my insurance company. I leaned on Deedar for help and he was more than happy to see that things were cleared up. In closing, I would like to say that I could not have had a better experience buying a house and I owe that to Deedar. He was always there for me throughout the process and even after it was all done. I would definitely recommend Deedar Gatehorde to anyone who is looking to buy a house and who wants a pleasurable experience doing it.
