My name is Denise Carlos, I received my real estate license in 1991, through the Phoenix Institute of Real Estate.  I continued my education and received my Brokers License, my Graduated Residential Institute designation and I am certified in short sales through the National Association of Real Estate.  I believe it is important to keep informed of the ever changing market and to be able to best assist my clients so they can make choices that best fit their needs.

I served on the Yuma Association of Real Estate Board of Directors and as the Treasurerof the Yuma Association of Real Estate.  I believe with the ever changing market it is important to stay educated and up to date so I can offer my clients the best options available.
