Dennis Duncan retired February 3, 2017. Prior to that, Dennis was Sales Manager for PrimeLending starting in May 2012. This was after a 33 Year Career with Dominion Bank Shares, Mortgage Service America, Chase Home Finance, GMAC-Ally and SunTrust.. While at Chase, Duncan was the company's no. 1 Loan Officer in Units each year from 1996-2007.
Dennis Duncan was ranked in the Top 50 Loan Officers by Mortgage Originator Magazine each year from 2000-2010 and a frequent contributor to that publication along with other Mortgage Lending Sites such as: MortgageCoach.com; MortgageScholars.com.
Dennis served as an originator in the SW Virginia & Southern West Virginia from 1978 and was the No 1 Lender in that market since 1986. Dennis was recognized by Mortgage Banker Magazine in 2015 for having reached the $2 Billion funded loan closings , having closed #20,000 transactions
