My areas of speciality is wide ranged especially given the present market conditions, an agent in my opinion should be very versatile and diversified. On the buyers end, I deal with first time home buyers who need a lot of guidance and an expecrienced agent who will be able to aswer their questions, meet the challenges of securing them a very good loan and help make the process of home buying joyous and not a task. I also work with other buyers who may have had some past experience in the home buying process that need a more seasoned and knowledgeable REALTOR that will help them make better and decisive decisions.. On the sellers end, I market a lot for VA owned properties that have reverted back to the owner. This is quite involving from date of assignment to selling of these assets.
