| I have nothing but respect for Dezra Anderson and the professional communication we enjoyed for three months. When asked for specific patio measurements of a condo I was considering in SJC, Dezra went after hours and personally measured the space. I was hesitant to ask this favor since I live in Northern California, but she never complained or made excuses.
