What is a Transaction Coordinator?
A Transaction Coordinator is a person responsible for managing and monitoring the transaction process through interfacing with real estate professionals, clients, customers, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process of the Broker and/or Agent. Keep Agent updated with all communication with clients to maintain continuity of communication between client, assistant and agent.

Real estate assistants are a logical step in growing a real estate practice. An agent can funnel duties to an assistant that take away from the agent's work with clients and business development.
Duties included:
Create marketing materials with agent
Schedule and organize personal marketing advertising
Maintain routine contacts and enter new contact names, address, and emails
Remove Signs
Carry out clerical task or arrange for other to do such tasks as stuffing envelopes
