General

I am not your usual Branch Manager. I have extensive experience in marketing, advertising and branding along with a long history using computers and systems for business processes. This gives me a unqiue perspective when coaching my agents with their business. It helps my agents in the office get the exposure our clients want/need when they are selling a home. It also brings in more buyers and gets us local exposure to have all eyes on Coldwell Banker Elite, Realtors as the main source for any real estate need. With 17 years experience in managment, leadership and coaching, I have a proven history of training, implementing and facilitating change along with improvements in professional growth. I encourage the continued education of new and experienced agents alike. I believe in constantly improving sales knowledge and professionalism. I know that this commitment cascades down to our customers and clients in a beneficial way. I was a past business and marketing consultant which helps me manage this office better than the competitors in the area. I see the whole, big picture not just the daily challenges. I can hear both sides and have fair dealings with my clients, staff and agents. My energy & enthusiasm for real estate is contagious and infectious.
