I am a Georgia native and could not imagine living anywhere else. I have a love of humidity and have gotten used to living with it. The thing I love most about Georgia is the 4 seasons. All seasons here are different. My family consist of 2 sons and my husband. My oldest son is going to college in Kentucky this year and my youngest will be a freshmen in High School. I am sad my oldest is leaving, but I am excited for him as his future is starting. We all love the mountains and relocated to North Georgia full time about 2 years ago. We have seen bear in our yard as well as deer, turkey and a few snakes. I think how lucky I am to be a part of such a wonderful community in Gilmer county. The people are awesome and the town has a Mayberry feel that I did not get living closer to Atlanta. It proves you can go back in time-at least the mentality is there. I have been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. I am not a pushy loan officer and I do treat my clients as if they were family. This was how I was brought up and feel that relationships are everything. I love helping someone accomplish their financial goals knowing I truely have put them in a good place. My wish is that everyone could feel the power of standing in front of a mountain and knowing how small we really are, but how big a difference we can make to someone we help in any way. Knowing that there are so many things we cannot change, but understanding that we have to start with ourself.
