I can take care of everything you need, from start to close. The most important component of selling your home is “Valuation”. I have done hundreds of BPO’s (Broker Price Options or Valuations for the major banks) and have an extensive knowledge of pricing a home correctly. Pricing your home is very important because if the Appraisal is lower than the purchase price the purchase of your home could be unsuccessful.

| We Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Brooksville, FL.A true professional. Knew what we wanted and what our budget was and helped us shop accordingly. Answered our calls in a timely fashion. Negotiated our contract to our complete satisfaction. We lived out of state and he handled our closing and brouight in a locksmith to change the locks for us.
