—For just about 14 amazing years I have been serving my community’s residential and investment real estate needs. I dedicate myself to each client I have from the 1st time buyers to my long term investors. I have special negotiating skills hich have helped allow me to close some challenging complex deals.

My priorities are to serve our community putting your priorities first, to protect our Real Estate industry and to help educate Realtors . I believe as a successful Broker I owe it to my peers to share and guide them to success. I strive to provide excellent service and stay dedicated to my industry. I have held a real estate broker’s license for 10 years (the highest level of licensing available and held to the highest standard).

I am committed to continuing education in order to have the tools and technolody, insights and the capability to make buying or selling a home or income property an outstanding event in the lives of my clients- especially given the extreme nature of the current real estate market.
I serve on The mid-State association grievance committee.

And, I believe in service to my community through volunteer work, 
I am passionate and enthusiastic about the work that I do and am grateful for the many friends and associates I have made throughout my career!
