I also use skill, personal relationships and technology to access the Hidden Housing Market to find the right house that meets your needs in the low inventory market most neighborhoods are experiencing today. As you narrow down your home choices, I will help you research schools, neighborhood amenities, sale prices and consult with lenders about special programs. I routinely preview new listings and visit model homes to learn about available inventory. If you are out of area I can provide walk through video if permitted.
SELLING A HOME: I am motivated to get you the best possible price with the least stress. My team offers, as part of our service, a Preparation for Sale Assessment to help you in preparing your home to obtain the best price. If it is recommended that your home be professionally cleaned, painted or repaired, we have resources for some or all of the work at no up front cost to you to help relieve your stress. Before you sign a listing agreement, we will discuss and obtain your input about showings and financing permitted in our dedicated effort to relieve your stress. We'll discuss before the need arises what happens should your house go under contract quickly as many homes in our market are doing. I target market (using social media and other resources) to motivated buyers who are most likely to be interested in your property. This is an intelligent and critical step along with proper pricing to getting your home SOLD for the most money and least stress.
