Educated buyers and sellers are key to the Phoenix real estate market.  My job is to educate buyers and sellers about the challenges of the short sale/REO market that Phoenix is experiencing and how to navigate through the maze of properties and perceptions.  I am enthusiastic about the opportunities for buyers in this marketplace, because Phoenix has a great inventory of first-class properties from which to choose.
