I love helping buyers find their dream home, whether it is a local move or a corporate relocation, and to get the right deal.
I also love helping sellers by marketing their homes through the most effective channels to gain the widest exposure, creating immediate and extreme demand. The highest demand returns the highest sales price for my seller's investments. With assistance from my tea, I stay on the leading edge with the most effective Marketing tools available.
In addition to buying and seller, I see it as my professional responsibility to help distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure. Through years of experience, I have developed what I believe is the most effective short sale listing system available: understanding what works; how banks think; and how to get banks to forgive outstanding debt associated with short sales.
I've been a Realtor in the GA400 corridor since 2002, and have helped almost 300 families buy or sell a home in the area. My experience and knowledge of this market is extensive.

| Marie was amazingly patient with us during our home selling process. She was able to take the emotion out of the situation and handle all difficult situations with grace.
