In my business it is a very common occurrence that sellers and other agents approach me to help them sell property that has been on the market for a prolonger amount of time. I have developed a marketing program that has been very successful in generating large amounts of interest in the property even if the property has been on the market a while and "shop worn". I have worked on a wide variety of properties; anything from a $3,000,000 a Las Vegas Mansion to a $4,000 600SF house in Amarillo. I have worked for Home Owners, Investors, Estate Trustees and Financial Institutions.

#2 Selling High End Real Estate

I enjoy working the high end market and find that it suits my personality and ability well. Marketing high end real estate is much more than just information and photos, it's about making a connection between the buyer and the property by creating the right atmosphere and image. My average list price is continually going up and that makes me happy!

As a real estate buyer, it is very important to work with an experienced and capable real estate agent. Having someone on your side to evaluate property, recommend the structure of the offer and negotiate the offer is extremely valuable.
