I am a full time Broker/Owner of Donita Jacoboni Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving the greater Chico area of Northern California. I LOVE my job.
I love working with out of town buyers and investors, first time home buyers, those moving up and those downsizing. I specialize in staging all of my listings. I am an ASP Realtor, Accredited Staging Professional. I have staged nearly every home I have listed.
I recently earned the PMN, Professional Management Network Designation, from Women's Council of Realtors. It is a next generation REALTOR designation designed from the ground up to deliver the real-world skills, know-how and tools to keep and agents business out front and on top of an evolving real estate market. PMN curriculum is driven by the following topics: negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems, personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.
