I have been practicing real estate for over nine years. The Team has their Certified Distressed Property Expert Designations that assist homeowners in avoiding foreclosure by selling their property as a short sale. We have closed multiple short sale properties. In addition, our experience allows for understanding the current real estate market and being able to convey this to our buyers and sellers.
