Our real estate company exists to provide exceptional service to our clients.  We counsel everyone based on what is true and what is in their best interests whether they decide to work with us or not.  We focus on meeting not only their transactional needs but also their emotional needs during the entire moving process.  We make the move as smooth and painless as possible by anticipating and taking care of every detail before it becomes a problem.  Our goal is not only to complete the transaction, but also to build a long term relationship and become a trusted advisor.  We work only with people who can appreciate and respect the high level of service we provide.  We educate our clients to refer people to us so we can continue to devote our time, energy and money to serving their needs instead of prospecting.  As a result, most of our business comes from referrals from happy clients.

We have been married for 28 years, so we must know something about taking care of other people's needs and negotiating successfully. A promise is something we take seriously. We value telling the truth, doing what you say you will do, taking responsibility, and doing the right thing even when it costs us. We are part of the baby boomer generation, so we have a strong work ethic and believe in going the extra mile.

I'm from back east, where I learned to talk plainly and honestly, and to not run away from saying what needs to be said. I'm just what I appear to be, with no hidden agenda. I believe that the more you help people, the more you will be rewarded, and that the helping always comes before the reward.
