Damir is a SIPI (Southwest Institute of Property Inspection) Certified Inspector.  This involves 120 hours of classroom and in the field training by experienced certified home inspectors.  In addition, completion of 16 hours of continuing education and training is involved each year.

Damir adheres to the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  As part of his thorough inspection, he also provides a computer generated report containing embedded narrative and photos detailing the results of the inspection, all of which is presented in a protective 3-ring binder.
