1. 100% Commission ($48 per month and $300 per transaction). You start with this, not graduate from a 70/30 split. We show you how to have your clients pay the transaction fee for a true 100%. ($6,000 Non-Guaranteed Cap, and obviously we don't take it all out at once. It takes 20 deals to cap versus 5 or 6 transactions like other companies. We have an Extranet where all of the forms are and training materials etc. We are also Paperless which means you just upload or email all your docs to the Transaction Management System and it is uploaded to The Extranet so you have access from anywhere in the world. With us you are virtual. You never have to come in to the office because everything is available to you online. We do not require an original blue contract that you have to drag into the office.
5. Online Training. Brand new and you can watch our training classes live or by archives if you don't feel like coming into office.

History is I started my career in 1999 with Re/Max and did great. I sold about 60 homes a year and then got up to 140 homes per year with a Team of 11. Then went to KW as an Owner/Investor until I cashed out in 2007. We opened Maximum One Realty Greater Atlanta in April 2007. Our Broker has been in the RE business since 1978 and I am the Team Leader. We have 11 wonderful staff members and an Agent Support Team of 27. We own our own office building in Powder Springs/West Cobb. Other offices located in East Cobb-Marietta, Galleria-Atlanta, Douglasville, Paulding, John's Creek, Gwinnett and Woodstock.
