I have extensive experience with REO and Bank-Owned residential real estate, both as a Listing Agent, and as Selling (Buyer's) Agent. I am familiar with the entire process: from Broker Price Opinion; to Cash for Keys; to reacquisition of default properties by lender at Trustee's Sale; to the Listing, Marketing, and Sale of Foreclosed homes; to working with the Lender's contracted Asset Management Services, and the Asset Manager assigned to the property file. I work hard to go above and beyond for Lenders, Asset Managers, and their properties. I don't simply list a bank-owned house, I handle the listing as I would want an agent to handle my own property: I maintain it, I market it, I show it, and I am immediately available to clients, asset managers, other agents, and prospective buyers. I also know how to write clean, attractive offers on REO homes in order to remove obstacles and facilitate a quick acceptance. I proactively manage, and work to streamline, the  process - from selection and acknowlegement, to Bank First Purchase Addendum, to open escrow, through close and recording. I handle a broad range of residential real estate, and more than REO and bank-owned properties alone, but I handle each transaction - whether Listing or Purchase - as if it were my own; and I treat each client, whether Buyer or Seller, with the professionalism, consideration, and respect they deserve.
