The question here is why should a buyer or seller want to work with me. Well that is simple, I am a very people oriented person, I care for the needs of my clients above my personal needs. I take the time to listen to what the they want and then do my very best to meet their needs. I set myself apart from other agents by going the extra step to reach our goals, which is either buying or selling your home. I take the time to, and I hate using this word but it is what we do, I take the time to service my clients and ensure they are completely satisfied with their purchase or sale that they will refer me to friends and come back to me when it is time to sell again or to purchase another home or investment property. I do hold several certifications in addition to my Agents licence, the first is I am a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and have taken classes in International Relations, am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also certified through Century 21 as a Fine Home and Estate Specialist.

Additional qualifications are: I am retired from the US Army, assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division with the 525 Military Intelligence. I served with honor and pride for over 25 years. I learned the meaning of professionalism and duty which has helped me in my civilian career and personal life.

I am also a adjunct professor instructing in Information Systems Security, but what does that have to do with Real Estate? It should tell you that I am a person that is dedicated to getting the job done correctly the first time.
