Get to Know Debra Nichols
I have been in the mortgage business since 1979 and I have been in all areas of the business: processing, underwriting, closing, insuring, appraisal, originating. I work for a Direct Lender but I also have access to brokering loans to a lot of other lenders.
I am also a Certified Loan Signing Notary Public.
Certifications
I work with mostly first time buyers in the High Desert area of San Bernardino county. I am knowledgeable and approved with city and state down payment assistance programs. I speak to buyers in layman's language, so they understand the process of buying a home from start to finish.
