Alongside his parents, three brothers, and two sisters, he followed seasonal crops throughout Arizona, learning firsthand the values of perseverance, responsibility, and resilience. Those early experiences shaped the person and professional he would become. His parents taught him the importance of hard work, education, and believing in yourself regardless of circumstances. His professional leadership has included service as President of the Arizona CRS Chapter, Chair of the National CRS Diversity Committee, Director of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Director of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®, and leadership roles with the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals and the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals.
