Domenic's career started in 1996 completing the requirements of the Ontario Real Estate Association to receive his Realtors licence. Domenic continued his education to complete Appraisal, Mortgage Financing, Property Law and Property Management to then obtain his Broker's licence. Domenic Owned and operated a brokerage early in his career until deciding to join with Prudential Real Estate having a very successful 10 years being awarded top awards for the company in all of Canada. Domenic has joined forces with RE/MAX Escarpment with the vision of serving his clients better. Domenic's experience and aggressive negotiating skills are vital in the Real Estate and Mortgage business. Domenic has been asked by industry leaders such as NAR (National Association of Realtors), Oakville/Milton Board, RE/MAX Atlantic, Bill Rancic (Donald Trumps Apprentice), to speak about the Real Estate market at multiple conferences and has partaked in the writing of the book Power Teams by Ralph Roberts.

Domenic divides his time between listings (about 60 percent) and buyers (about 40 percent), in prices ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000. His partner and wife, Jody Manchisi, focuses on supporting buyers, while Domenic concentrates on getting listings sold. Domenic feels strongly that Jody's contribution greatly enhances his personal success. The geographical area covered includes Milton, Georgetown, Acton, Burlington and Mississauga. They have recententally added 2 Buyer specialists and they also have their customer service representative, to follow up with both buyer and sellers to keep them informed in the process.
