| My husband and I are pleased to take this opportunity to offer and letter of recommendation for Donna Russell. I met Donna a few years ago at an exercise class and soon realized that she was in Real Estate. So, when we were thinking of purchasing some investment property, we started talking to her seriously. Within six months Donna assisted us in the purchase of two units which were in our price range and completely 'rentable', exactly what we had in mind! She did so with energy, efficiency, and made it so convenient for us, as she would come to our house for paper signing doing all the legwork involved! When my daughter, who is divorced, made the difficult decision to put her home on the market as a short sale, Donna was the first person we turned to! Donna went the 'extra mile' in this sale by acting as a mediator between the two divorced parties and did so with tact and courtesy. She assisted in the maze of complications that can arise from a short sale with her usual determination and persistence. The sale was accomplished and my daughter's life is much better as a result.
